Graduate professional network
Our class locations are professional studios—not walk-in storefronts.
The Bronx and Brooklyn locations are fully equipped professional studios managed by sewing graduates who now earn their living through garment making and fashion design. They do not have exterior commercial signage and are not open retail locations.
The graduates provide and manage the studios; every class is taught by the same instructor with more than 40 years of experience. Attendance requires a confirmed appointment so we can coordinate the right studio, schedule and equipment.
Our goal is to expand this graduate network across five states, bringing the instructor's teaching closer to new students and reducing travel. Coverage will grow progressively as availability is confirmed.

We transform an idea, inspiration or special need into a completely new garment. We can design any kind of piece—from everyday wear to dresses, suits and couture-level creations—with a pattern developed for you and a design we intentionally do not reproduce for another client.

High-level garment making begins by listening to the body, not forcing it into a standard block. Kontor.Tensor brings together our Morpho-Tailoring and Adaptive Morphology approach: technical patternmaking for natural asymmetries, shoulder differences, torso, hip or leg proportions, posture and mobility needs.
